Hotel Pensione Reale

We highly recommend this hotel...the best place we've ever stayed at on vacation. The location is perfect; we had a Seaview with balcony, that was incredible. An amazing breakfast was brought to us each morning to enjoy on our balcony. They had special touches such as complimentary soft drinks upon our arrival and slippers too. They thought of every detail to make our stay just perfect. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated to reflect the Amalfi coast. Annalisa was so kind and helpful when we had questions. All the staff were delightful too. We loved it here, would definitely return, we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend.

I booked months in advance, only to be informed,just weeks before arrival, that the property would be undergoing renovations. Despite Booking.com’s clear policy requiring the host to arrange equivalent alternative accommodation, I was initially told to “find something else” on my own. This, during peak season, when prices had risen considerably.||Only after repeated insistence did they reluctantly secure a replacement room, and even then, the communication was unfriendly, unhelpful, and laced with indifference. The replacement hotel placed me in an attic room, far below the standard of my original booking.||The entire process was marred by uncertainty, a lack of professionalism, and a clear disregard for the guest experience. I travel often and rarely leave reviews, but this was unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against booking with Pension Reale.||Never again.

Excellent location in Maiori, very central and convenient. The room was clean and cosy with a small balcony overlooking the sea. We had delicious breakfast delivered to the room every morning. Staff was super helpful and welcoming so overall great value accommodation! Parking in the area was a challenge but our host also helped with arranging parking for a very reasonable price for the duration of our stay.

Excellent stay of 3 nights in Maiori. The best customer service and hospitaöity I have ever encountered in Italy. Simply amazong. ||Excellent location right next to the beach and the main road with all the services. Room was clean, neat and exactly as expected. Maiori port is just few minutes walk away!||Delicious and fresh breakfast was delivered to the room every morning.

We have stayed at this perfect place 7 or 8 times. It has the best staff, best location, best breakfast, and the best sea view we have ever experienced anywhere. We’ve travelled quite a bit a bit, and stayed at lovely places, but nothing like this!

Awesome establishment. It was everything you could ask for in a room away from home. The room was quite large and had a full length deck with chaise lounge, two chairs and a table. It was very clean, the fridge worked great and the bathroom had all the amenities including slippers!|The breakfast was taken in the room where there was a table and chairs. You made your selections the night before and there was plenty of items to choose. It was a wonderful way to start the day.|The host was very helpful. We had a hard time getting off Capri (weather) so we had to go to Naples not Sorrento which made for a long day. She was understanding and waited late to get us settled. |I would rate this place as a 10! We will return!

If I could give 6/5 stars to the staff here I would. The ladies here took such great care of us; from advising on the best way to travel to the Path of the Gods to saving us when all the ferries for cancelled to get to Salerno for a connecting train. Great stay (must try their breakfast when you come!)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room which looks exactly like the photos posted by the management. Exceptional breakfast. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the beach. Everything you use(soap, towels) is high quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will definately stay here when coming back on the Amalfi Coast. We highly reccomend this hotel.
